WMS Band Fundraiser

We are beginning our first fundraiser of the year to help raise money for our band trip and retreats. For this fundraiser, students are selling Pizza Kits through Little Caesars Pizza. 

All funds raised by specific students for this Fundraiser will go directly toward that student’s trip/retreat fee. In the past, students have been able to completely pay their trip fee by fundraising. Additionally, my goal is that the grade 6 retreat will be paid for completely through fundraising (more information about the retreat details will go home after the 
April break.) 

Participation in the trip/retreat, as well as in the fundraising are completely optional and will not affect your child’s course grade. 

Pizza kits can be be purchased by clicking the link on the school’s webpage or by going to the following website:

- Once at the website, enter the fundraiser ID# 468517 
- Create an account and sign in. 
- Add all desired items to the cart. 
- Finally, once at the payment screen, be sure to write the name of the STUDENT who you are supporting and school so that those funds can go toward that student’s trip/retreat fees. 

Students will receive $6.00 in their music account toward their trip for each item sold. Be sure to share the link with your family and friends! 

Our preference is that as many orders as possible are completed online using a credit card. However, in the event that your supporters are not able to pay with a credit card, please reach out to Kasz Leavitt (kleavitt@mpe.ca) and he will be able to advise you on how orders can be paid via cash or cheque. Orders may be made until October 5th

Orders will be delivered to the school on the week of Oct 20th

Exact delivery dates and times will be provided to students once they have been solidified with the distributor.
